Happy Last Monday in February 💙

Wow where has the month gone...

I had someone ask me recently:

“How do I stay focused on my vision when there are so many opinions about it?”

That question hit.

Because if you’re building something different…
people will have opinions.

And not all of them are helpful.

Here’s something I’ve learned the long way:

You don’t need to cut people out of your life.

But you do need to protect your mindset.

Your vision is fragile in the beginning.

It’s like gold before it’s refined.
If you hand it to someone who doesn’t understand its value, they might scratch it without even realizing it.

Most people who question you aren’t trying to hurt you.

They just can’t see what you see yet.

They haven’t done the internal work required to recognize what growth looks like.

And that’s okay.

But here’s what’s not okay:

Letting someone else’s limited vision shrink yours.

The Real Shift

Sometimes the solution isn’t dramatic.

It’s simple.

Stop asking for advice from people who haven’t built what you want to build.

Or have the courage to say:

“If we’re going to stay close, I need support - not doubt.”

Who you sit around matters.

Energy is contagious.
Belief is contagious.
Doubt is contagious.

If you want to scale…

You need proximity to people who stretch your thinking instead of shrinking it.

Not hype.
Not noise.

Alignment.

A room where people say:

“Yes. Build that.”
“Yes. Try that.”
“Yes. You can.”

Because when belief becomes normal, growth becomes easier.
