This morning, I was sipping coffee and listening to Spotify when a commercial came on for an online therapy service.

Their big hook?

"Finally… you can talk to a real person, not just AI."

It made me laugh — and think.

Because lately, it feels like we’re all getting blasted with “AI everything.”
And the truth is… the people making the most money from AI right now are the ones teaching other people how to make money from AI.

Convenient, right?

Now, don’t get me wrong — I use AI every single day. It’s a great tool.

But here’s the thing:
It’s not a replacement for YOU.
No AI can show up with your voice, your perspective, your lived experience. That’s your magic.

What AI can do is help you work smarter.

Think of it like having an assistant who can speed things up, keep you organized, and take the heavy lifting off your plate — while you focus on creating something meaningful.

For me, one of the smartest uses of AI is building a repeatable, valuable asset — something that grows in value over time and could even be sold one day.

For example:
A local newsletter.

• Sent once a week

• Takes minutes to put together with AI’s help

• Serves a real audience with useful, relevant info

• Creates influence and opens doors for partnerships and advertising
