I took a month off. Here's what I learned.

I took the entire month of May off from the newsletter.

Not because I had some grand plan. Not because I was traveling the world.

Honestly? I was overwhelmed.

The newsletter had started to feel like something I had to do instead of something that actually helped you. I was writing more but saying less. And I could feel myself going through the motions.

So I stopped.

For 30 days, I didn't write a single newsletter. I didn't schedule content. I didn't batch posts for "later."
