You can’t plan forward clearly if you don’t understand how you actually worked last year.

Not how you intended to work.
Not how you wish you worked.
How you really showed up - day to day.

AI Wrapped (Like Spotify, But Useful)

You’ve probably seen Spotify Wrapped.

It shows:

what you listened to
when you listened
patterns you didn’t even realize were there

Now there’s something similar emerging for AI use.

People are calling it AI Wrapped.

The concept is simple:
You take your AI chat history from the past year and turn it into a recap.

It shows:

what you used AI for
when you leaned on it most
what kind of work it supported

Tools like:

can turn that history into charts and insights.

It’s not perfect yet but the idea behind it is powerful.

When you look at how you actually used AI in 2025, a few things become clear fast:

1️⃣ Where You Were Most Focused

Were you mostly:

writing?
researching?
brainstorming?
planning?

That tells you what kind of work mattered most to you.

2️⃣ Where AI Actually Helped

Not where it could help.
Where it did help.

That’s where you should double down in 2026.

2️⃣ Where did AI save me time or mental effort?
3️⃣ What type of work deserves more focus this quarter?

That’s enough to shape your Q1 direction.

You don’t need a perfect plan.

You need a clear starting point.
