V#83 EDITION ~ September 21, 2026 |
We are living in a weird and wonderful time.
|
One person can now write the email, design the graphic, answer the customer, build the page, research the market, create the video, organize the business and still forget to eat lunch.
AI has become the world's cheapest employee. It doesn't need a desk. It doesn't call in sick. It never steals your lunch from the office refrigerator. (Though I suppose it could help you write a very passive-aggressive note if someone did.) LOL
Here's the thing though...
The exciting part isn't that we can do MORE.
It's that a small business can finally operate like a much bigger one - without needing a huge team, a venture capital check or a degree in computer science. |

But there's a catch.
All that power behind the scenes? The customer should never feel it.
They shouldn't know how many AI tools you're using. They shouldn't see the automations, the workflows, the prompts, the systems or the content engine running in the background.
They should simply think: "That was easy." This week, we're exploring both sides of that coin.
How to use AI without letting it turn you into a professional starter-and-never-finisher.
And how to make sure your customer journey feels so smooth, they barely notice it at all.
Let's get into it. |
