What do Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and email newsletters all have in common?

Answer:
They all work best when you publish content daily.

Why?
Because the more often your audience hears from you, the deeper the connection becomes.
They literally get addicted to hearing (and buying) from you.

But one of the hardest parts about publishing daily on any platform is coming up with ideas.
And newsletter's no different.

Luckily, I stumbled across a stupid simple content trick years ago from a 9-figure entrepreneur who’s founded dozens of companies…
Invested in Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Venmo, Uber, and more…
Plus has millions of followers on social.

I’m talking, of course, about the inexhaustible Gary Vee.

So… what’s his secret?
“Document, don’t create.”

In other words:
Instead of sitting down and wracking your brain trying to “create” content from scratch…
Simply document what you’re doing.

This could be inside or outside your business…
Working with members, clients, or students…
Or just activities of daily life.

This is why it's important to create a Story Bank.
It’s a way to systematize this documentation.

Case in point:
Every Friday, I spend 10-15 minutes going through my calendar, DMs, Slack, WhatsApp, etc., and log every anecdote I can find…
Which creates a bottomless list of story ideas I can pull from for future emails.

Best part is, this simple strategy is tailor-made for email.

You see, unlike social platforms where you’ve gotta do all kinds of goofy stuff to game the algorithm…
Newsletters offer a more intimate space for you to go deeper than you would on social.

It’s the perfect container to “document” what’s happening in your life… A Trello Board or Google Sheet can be helpful to with orgainizing.
So long as:
You’re using these experiences to entertain your audience…
And deliver useful lessons and insights…
That relate back to the core topic they came for in the first place.
