From Telethons to Takeaways

This past week has felt like a Jerry Lewis telethon and if you know who Jerry Lewis is, well… you’re officially part of my generation (LOL).

Between workshops, replays, and all-day sessions, my brain has been buzzing with excitement.

Most of the week was spent deep in OfferMint workshops and Thursday? That was a marathon nine-hour stretch of back-to-back training capped off with the official launch of Mission 1000.

And you know what? Every single minute was worth it!

It was one of those experiences where you realize you’re not just learning ..... you’re leveling up.

Both mentors poured out so much value that my notebook looks like it went through a caffeine storm. Add in the JV managers and what I believe is going to happen in the finale with an ads manager on Today, and this whole week+ has been straight fire. 🔥

What’s wild is, through all the training, one big truth stood out to me this week: You don’t need motivation .... you need momentum. And that's exactly what I got!

There have been so many times I’ve waited for motivation to strike before taking action.

But what I’ve realized is this - motivation doesn’t start the fire… momentum does.

Every small action, even when it feels insignificant, adds a spark.
You don’t need the perfect plan, the perfect mood, or the perfect system to move forward.

You just need to start and keep starting.

The Momentum Method

3 Steps to Turn Action Into Momentum

Here’s a simple framework I use to build momentum (and keep it going):

1️⃣ Start Small: Choose one action today that gets you closer to your goal.
2️⃣ Stay Consistent: Repeat it daily - even when you don’t feel like it.
3️⃣ Stack Your Wins: Track your progress and celebrate every move forward.

The goal isn’t to do it all ... it’s to keep moving.

Because once you build momentum, everything else starts to align.

👉 Bonus Tip: Write down your “non-negotiables” for the week - the three things you’ll show up for no matter what.
